Your role:

·       The Head of Digital Solutions for Latin America is responsible for driving the expansion and growth of the IT Healthcare and Digital Solutions business across the region. This role leads the digital transformation agenda, ensuring Siemens Healthineers’ market leadership through innovative digital solutions, strong strategic execution, and a clear customer-centric approach.

·       Lead the regional Digital Solutions and IT Healthcare strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and alignment with Siemens Healthineers’ business priorities across Latin America.

·       Drive the digital transformation agenda, accelerating the adoption of innovative digital solutions to strengthen market leadership in healthcare.

·       Define and execute growth and expansion strategies with strong commercial and market orientation.

·       Act as a strategic bridge between business, technology, and customers, ensuring solutions address clinical, operational, and market needs.

·       Lead, develop, and inspire multicultural and cross-functional teams across the region, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

·       Ensure strong strategic execution by translating digital vision into tangible business outcomes.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, reinforcing Siemens Healthineers’ positioning in Digital Health across the region.

Your expertise:

·       Solid expertise in digital solutions and IT applied to the healthcare industry.

·       Proven experience in regional growth strategies, market expansion, and business execution.

·       Strong ability to translate technological innovation into business value and customer impact.

·       Experience operating in complex, multinational, and regional environments.

·       Strong understanding of Digital Health trends, digital transformation, and healthcare innovation.

·       Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
