Then come and join our global team as a EHS Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize marketing activities that support business goals, strengthen market presence, and enhance customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with sales, business management, and external partners to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives across the entire product portfolio.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all EHS activities and ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
  • Maintain EHS documentation, legal registers, and reporting in internal systems
  • Liaise with external EHS service providers and regulatory authorities
  • Support EHS audits, management reviews, and internal control processes
  • Implement and monitor EHS objectives and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate H&S trainings, risk assessments, and emergency plans
  • Ensure completion and tracking of mandatory trainings and documentation
  • Maintain collaboration with external H&S providers and update safety agreements
  • Prepare required safety reports
  • Track and organize mandatory medical examinations
  • Prepare risk assessments and individual risk documentation
  • Organize and monitor mandatory EHS trainings
  • Deliver additional trainings following incidents or regulatory changes
  • Manage procurement and distribution of work equipment and PPE
  • Track inventory and ensure compliance with safety requirements
  • Ensure environmental compliance and reporting (waste, packaging, etc.)
  • Coordinate waste management and environmental documentation
  • Support workplace safety, wellbeing initiatives, and site conditions
  • Coordinate CSSM committee activities, meetings, and documentation
  • Manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Strong knowledge of Romanian EHS legislation (SSM, SU, AFM, waste, EEE, packaging, batteries).
  • Experience working with external EHS providers and authorities (ITM, AFM, environmental agencies).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and regions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with EHS platforms (e.g., Cority) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written) — essential for communication with global teams.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, online platforms, reporting tools, documentation systems).
