Then come and join our global team as Buying Professional to support the end‑to‑end purchasing process, ensuring timely and cost‑efficient acquisition of goods and services. The role covers supplier selection, onboarding, data management, contract administration, purchase order creation, and coordination with internal stakeholders. It requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and solid working knowledge of SAP.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end operational procurement processes, including PO creation, order tracking, and invoice verification in SAP
Ensure timely delivery follow-up, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate directly with suppliers
Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Support supplier selection, onboarding, and qualification processes
Manage supplier master data and maintain an up-to-date supplier database
Prepare and manage RFQs, analyze quotations, and support tender processes and cost comparisons
Assist in contract preparation, amendments, and renewals; monitor contract terms and validity
Support negotiation activities through data analysis and supplier coordination
Utilize SAP and other tools for procurement tracking, reporting, and data management
Maintain procurement databases, price lists, and spend tracking reports
Support compliance, risk management, and internal control processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with Service, Sales, and Project teams
Participate in project planning, procurement meetings, and follow-ups
Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

Your qualifications and experience:

1–3 years of relevant procurement or buying experience, preferably in a corporate environment
Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP procurement modules
Strong understanding of PO lifecycle, vendor master data, and invoicing workflow
Experience with RFQs, tenders, cost analysis, and supplier evaluation
Basic knowledge of contract terms and procurement compliance principles
Strong analytical and organizational skills; proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with various stakeholders
Good working proficiency in English
