We are looking for a reliable and proactive Customer Support Specialist who enjoys keeping things organized, communicating with people, and making sure daily operations run smoothly. If you like variety, responsibility, and being the go-to person in the office, this role is for you.

Your role:

• Keep daily office operations running smoothly
• Provide back-office support to field-based application specialists
• Communicate with customers and international partners regarding orders, deliveries, and invoices
• Prepare sales and operational reports
• Organize meetings, trainings, and small events
• Handle general administration and office agenda

Your expertise:

• Experience in a similar administrative / back-office role
• Organized, reliable, and proactive personality
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle busy periods and prioritize tasks
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Office 365) with focus on Excel and Outlook
• English at B2 level (spoken and written)

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 1800 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
