Purpose of the Role
The Head of HRBP for Zone India will be a strategic partner to CRM leadership, factories and enablement functions, shaping and executing the people agenda to enable business growth, operational excellence, and a future-ready workforce across India and Bangladesh. This role leads HR Business Partnering for the CRM business, translating business strategy into talent, organization, leadership, and culture outcomes, while ensuring strong governance, employee experience, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Zone CRM Leadership Team, influencing business decisions through people insights.
- Translate CRM business strategy into a clear people, capability, and workforce plan aligned to Siemens Healthineers’ global priorities.
- Drive org design, workforce planning, and productivity initiatives to support growth, service excellence, and cost efficiency.
2. Talent & Leadership
- Partner with leaders on succession planning, critical role identification, and leadership pipeline for CRM, factories and enablement functions.
- Enable strong performance culture through goal setting, performance management, and differentiated rewards.
- Coach senior leaders and people managers on leadership effectiveness, inclusion, and change leadership.
3. Employee Experience & Culture
- Champion an inclusive, values-driven culture aligned with Siemens Healthineers’ purpose and behaviours.
- Lead engagement, listening, and well-being initiatives for frontline and service workforce populations.
- Address complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, fairness, and business sensitivity.
4. Change & Transformation
- Lead the people agenda for business transformations, including new operating models, digitalization, and productivity programs.
- Drive adoption of global HR initiatives locally while ensuring relevance to India and Bangladesh contexts.
- Partner closely with COEs (Talent, Rewards, Learning, DEI) to deliver integrated solutions.
5. Governance, Compliance & Risk
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements across India and Bangladesh.
- Manage workforce risk, audits, and policy adherence with strong governance discipline.
- Act as the escalation point for sensitive people and compliance matters within CRM.
6. HR Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and develop the HRBP team supporting CRM, fostering capability, accountability, and collaboration.
- Work closely with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, P&C and global HR teams to deliver seamless HR services.

- Zone CRM, Factory and Enablement functions Leadership Team
- Regional & Global CRM HR Leadership
- HR COEs (Talent acquisition , Rewards, Learning, ER)
- Employee representatives and works councils (where applicable)
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant HRBP leadership exposure.
- Strong experience supporting large, complex, frontline or service-heavy businesses (e.g., services, manufacturing, healthcare, engineering).
- Proven track record of influencing senior leaders and driving people outcomes in fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of India labour laws; working knowledge of Bangladesh regulations is an advantage.

- Experience in a global matrix organization.
- Exposure to transformation, scaling, or turnaround environments.
- Background in healthcare, med-tech, engineering, or technology-driven services.
