Then come in and join us as the HR Consultant and you will perform and execute a defined range of operational HR activities according to predetermined guidelines and procedures for Siemens Healthineers. You will develop, propose and / or implement policies, methods, processes or programs regarding various HR functional areas, and advises managers and / or employees accordingly. 

 
Your Role:

Employee Life Cycle Management

  • You will be responsible for interview assessment coordination,
  • You will be responsible for offer proposal (all level) and local HR policy introduction (when required by TA)
  • You will be responsible for employee documents preparation (e.g., Expat VISA and Work Permit)
  • You will be responsible for Day 1 readiness & New Hire Briefing (Day 1)
  • You will prepare (Twice a year) New Hire orientation and support country HR head in delivery of employee sessions
  • You will support departments in newcomer onboarding process and handle issue cases independently
  • You will manage local training operations such as contracts, registration, vendor management, training platform administration
  • You will support learning needs collection and annual planning
  • You will coordinate local learning program/initiative implementation
  • You will support country HR head and local stakeholder (Comm, EHS, ERG) in employee activity design and implementation (Wardjok, Health talk etc)
  • You will support HR head in ER case management when required
  • You will manage salary offer for employees
  • You will be responsible for Monthly BIK Tax Administration
  • You will be responsible for Medical Benefit Administrator
  • You will be responsible for Annual GMCU enrollment

Transfer and Exit Management 

  • You will monitor transfer and exit process administration by GBS and provides consultation to employees and managers

HR Policy, HRIS and HR Operation Excellence

  • You will be responsible for HR related system administration
  • You will support in HR related system (HRIS) implementation and act as the contact point for IT
  • You will support country HR head in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implementing initiatives
  • You will support country HR head in policy review and update 1st Level point of contact escalation for HR operational / employee queries/ issues


Local HR Department Administration

  • You will manage local department daily administration (e.g., PR/PO, invoice, vendor extension) and provide consultation to internal stakeholders
  • You will support Audit Process & Requirements (Annual Internal Audit, GDPMD Certification)
  • You will monitor 3rd party / contractor employment (hiring, extension, etc)


Zone Strategic Project
  • You will support project owner in designated project implementation within Indonesia / Zone scope

Your Expertise:
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in Human Resources; prior experience in the Healthcare sector is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law & Human Resources Management.
  • Broad understanding of core HR operations, including but not limited to Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR
  • Information Systems.
  • Basic knowledge in local labor laws and HR related regulations, policies
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, multinational organization is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
