Apply now for the Compensation & Benefits Professional position and play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs. This role involves conducting market analysis, managing salary structures, supporting annual compensation reviews, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.


Your Role:

  • You will design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with company strategy.
  • You will conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • You will support annual compensation review processes, including merit increases and incentive programs.
  • You will maintain and update salary structures and job grading systems.
  • You will ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.
  • You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to address compensation-related matters.
  • You will analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making on rewards and benefits.
  • You will contribute to employee engagement and retention through effective total rewards strategies.
  • You will manage employee stock and other equity-based programs (SMP, MIP etc.,).
  • You will oversee corporate insurance programs, including employee health, life, and accident coverage.

Your Expertise:

  • English is the mandatory language required for the job.
  • Native level Korean and physically in Korea.
  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field)
  • 3+ years of experience in HR (Preferred in compensation, benefits, or total rewards).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Solid understanding of compensation principles, benefits programs, and relevant labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
