Apply now for Head of Project Management (Thailand) and you will be responsible to lead a team of dedicated Project Managers, Manages, coaches, supports and develop Project Managers in managing projects according to defined Project Management policies, guidelines, programs and standards.

Your Role:
  • You will coordinate overall planning of projects and decides on allocation of resources. 
  • You will maintain constant communication to customers, outside contractors or other stakeholders.
  • You will monitor continuously the status of all assigned projects and supports the accountable Project Managers.
  • You will manage consolidation and completion of budget plannings for all projects and ensures related reporting. 
  • You will decide and allocate financial and personnel resources to the assigned projects. 
  • You will set up and monitors all assigned projects and consults and supports the accountable Project Managers. 
  • You will ensure that quality standards for Project Management processes are met at all times. 
  • You will initiate improvements and ensures appropriate PM workflow environment.
  • You may clarify cases as an escalation point.
  • You will oversee and manages a dedicated team of Project Manager and/or Project Management Office staff
Your Expertise:
  • You have bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • You have 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, including proven leadership of complex, cross-functional projects.
  • You have demonstrated experience in leading project teams and developing high-performing project management organizations.
  • You have strong understanding of project portfolio management, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk governance.
  • You have solid experience in people leadership, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
  • You have deep familiarity with project management standards and methodologies (e.g., PM@Healthineers, PMI, PRINCE2).
  • You have proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships, including customer, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
  • You have industry experience in healthcare, medical technology, or other regulated technical sectors is highly advantageous.
  • You have excellent communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Customer feedback and satisfaction scores across the project portfolio.
  • Process Improvement: Implementation and adoption of process enhancements and workflow optimization.
  • Escalation Management: Timely and effective resolution of project escalations and risks.
  • Leadership Development: Coaching, mentoring, and succession planning within the project management team.
  • Reporting Accuracy: Timeliness and quality of consolidated project reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
