Then come in and join us as the Operations Consultant and you will play a pivotal role in helping hospitals across Southeast Asia to improve patient care delivery. You will deliver high impact operational workshops - most frequently in radiology (CT, MR, Molecular Imaging, Angiography, Ultrasound and Radiation Therapy) to identify bottlenecks, reduce wait times, optimize workflows and enhance departmental efficiency.

 
Your Role:
  • You will conduct operations consulting workshops and engagements across Southeast Asia (occasionally Asia Pacific) requiring extensive travel based on opportunity developments.
  • You will deliver operations consulting workshops and on-site assessments to identify process inefficiencies and design targeted improvement solutions.
  • You will shadow clinical teams and analyze workflows to propose practical interventions that improve patient throughput and reduce costs.
  • You will collaborate with clinical application specialists, product managers and project teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • You will directly support small projects and work packages within larger projects. Delivering every task to the highest quality standard and on budget, you will support the team effectively in solving problems by bringing in new ideas and solutions. This requires you to support in gathering and analysing information, assist in formulating and testing hypotheses, and aid in developing and communicating recommendations.
  • You will support in project acquisition, segmenting targeted customers and in collaboration with sales. 
  • You will devote your whole attention to achieve highest customer satisfaction. By supporting our customers, you will seize project enhancement opportunities. 
  • You will further grow your own healthcare know-how self independently and get familiar with Siemens Healthineers products and processes.

Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Radiography, Business Management, Project Management or Clinical healthcare disciple. 
  • 3 - 5 years of combined clinical and managerial experience in a radiology department (multi- modality exposure strongly preferred).
  • Experience as a radiology department manager or modality lead preferred. 
  • Workshop faciliation and customer facing experience desirable. 
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel; familiarity with Power Bi/ Tableau is a plus.
