Commercial Data Integrity Analyst
We are seeking a Commercial Data Integrity Analyst to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of commercial data across our systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, Snowflake). This role is essential for enabling high-quality analytics and actionable insights that support strategic business decisions and drive commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure Data Accuracy: Monitor and validate data within internal systems to maintain integrity and compliance with business standards.
· Identify and Resolve Data Issues: Proactively identify data inconsistencies, gaps, and anomalies; collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
· Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to define data quality requirements and establish governance practices.
· Data Governance: Support the implementation and continuous improvement of data governance practices to enhance data reliability and usability.
· Reporting & Insights: Extract and analyze reports to track data quality metrics, highlight areas for improvement, and develop dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau to help in this task.
· Enable Analytics: Partner with business teams to ensure data readiness for forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic planning.
· Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives to enhance data integrity and usability across the organization by identifying root causes of data issues and recommending process enhancements.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role (ideally functional and project leadership).
· Proficiency in Excel and data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar).
· Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
· Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
